Chapter 659: Guests of the Town
Chapter 659: Guests of the Town
The carriage was traveling at a faster speed than usual, but after all, the journey was long and the horses needed rest.
After stopping and starting many times, Sanjisi finally arrived at Dude Town on the second night.
She had no intention of trying to relieve her body which was almost falling apart from the shaking, and kept heading towards the location of the first butcher shop Glenn opened.
Besides the noisy voices, the only sound I could hear was her heavy breathing.
Finally they saw the huge, luxurious and upscale restaurant. Sanjis hoped Glenn was here at this time.
She would come here every time she came to see Glenn, even though the tallest building in the town was the headquarters of Black Wolf Company, but she knew that Glenn would be here if he was fine.
After entering the restaurant, the waiter saw the person coming and immediately stepped forward respectfully to ask:
"Ms. Sanjis, are you looking for Mr. Glenn?"
The staff here all knew Glenn's relatives, and were not surprised at Sangjis's arrival.
"Yeah Glenn is he here?"
Sanjith asked in a somewhat anxious tone.
"Mr. Glenn is not here now, if... Miss Sanjis?"
Before the waiter could finish speaking, he saw Sanjith turning back and hurrying away.
"It seems that Miss Sanjis doesn't know that Mr. Glenn is the werewolf god."
The waiter murmured.
"That's normal. How could a god let his identity be revealed so easily? Perhaps Glenn's identity is just an incarnation of the Werewolf God."
A slightly plump manager walked over and said.
The waiter turned around and saluted to show respect to his superior, then asked:
"Will Mr. Glenn still be our boss?"
"How could a small restaurant manager like me know this? Well, let's continue working. We are employees of a god."
The slightly plump manager said something unhappily and then turned around.
On the other hand, Sanjis hired a carriage to go to Bayek.
As Glenn's farm expanded, the number of horse-drawn carriages traveling to and from Bayek naturally increased.
Dylan, please don't get into any trouble. You have always been the Dylan that I know. You must be the same Dylan, not some werewolf god... Sanjis clasped his hands together and prayed silently.
This is a very strange psychology. Sangjis feels that if Glenn is really the high god, then he must be from a different world from himself.
This huge gap in status is no different from separation between life and death.
The carriage stopped in front of an open black iron gate. Above the gate was written "Bayek Black Wolf Company Farm" in the common language of the continent.
Sanjisi got out of the car without even looking at the gate, and turned directly into a small path leading to the deep forest.
That is the real entrance to the town of Bayek.
The groom, who was about to leave, looked at Sanjis's leaving back, with an unknown light flashing in his eyes.
Sanjis saw the outline of the town of Bayek and suddenly realized that many people were gathered there.
There seem to be many familiar figures among them.
"Burt? Danny? You're all here?"
Sangjis cried out in surprise. She was the person closest to here but arrived the latest. It was all because of those people.
But didn’t Dani and the others encounter those big shots? ... Sanjis had doubts in his mind.
When the people standing outside the town heard the voice, they all turned their heads.
Burt and Dany realized that they were their relatives and immediately went forward.
"Sanjis, you know this too, right? Dylan..."
Dany hesitated.
Sanjith just nodded, indicating that he felt the same way as her.
"Dylan hasn't come back yet. We need to wait here."
Bult said.
Sanjis glanced at the people gathered outside Bayek. She knew many of them and knew they were Glenn's friends.
Just then, there was a commotion among the crowd and someone heard Glenn's name called.
Sanjisi and the other two looked at each other and hurried forward.
Glenn had just returned from space, and he knew there would be a lot of things to explain, so he wasn't too surprised by Bayek's situation at the moment.
His neighbors are trying to comfort his worried friends and relatives.
Glenn had just walked into town when he was noticed by everyone.
He was immediately surrounded.
Faced with a barrage of questions, Glenn first looked at his brother and sister.
"Don't worry, I'm still me, nothing has changed."
He said this first.
For some reason, Sangjisi and the other two felt relieved.
Burt asked: "But why did the Holy Spirit Patriarch say that you are the God of Werewolves?"
Glenn had already thought of his words, so he said:
"In fact, I am now a believer of the Werewolf God. The Holy Spirit Patriarch was deceived by the Werewolf God and always thought that I was the incarnation of the Werewolf God. But you don't have to worry about anything. The Werewolf God has solved all the dangers."
"So that's how it is. I knew it..."
Dany covered her chest with her hands, still in shock, and she didn't know when tears had wet her cheeks.
She went forward and hugged Glenn.
Glenn patted Dany's back soothingly.
He then hugged the other two relatives, and the atmosphere at the scene was filled with joy.
Leila stepped forward with red eyes and said:
"Mr. Glenn, I thought I would never be able to joke with you again. If you really are the God of Werewolves, then every time I see you I will have to bow respectfully and kneel down. I feel suffocated just thinking about that scene..."
"I'm the same way. I don't want to get along with my favorite friends in that way. I have always been myself and have never changed."
Glenn said so.
A Duo had been watching quietly from the side. She had always believed that Glenn had never changed and had always been her good brother, the one who played and studied with her.
"I'm sorry to have made you worry. To express my apology, I will take you to the famous Hunter Park for a few days in a few days!"
Glenn invited people to Zi Mo's villa, and after some communication, he said loudly.
"The legendary Hunter Paradise? I've only heard of it in some stories. Does it really exist?"
Bonnie said in disbelief as she stood up.
That kind of place is a legend to ordinary people, simply because it only receives people of status and position, and ordinary people cannot enter at all.
"Yes, that's it. I'm free these days, so let's get together."
"it is good!"
With everyone agreeing in unison, the matter was settled.
Glenn doesn't care about those big shots who are anxiously waiting for the results. He will only take care of his relatives and friends patiently, and let others think whatever they want.
The only thing that bothered Glenn was how to return to a peaceful life in the future.
Should I change my identity or simply erase the memory of those with ulterior motives?
This is a question worth thinking about.
