The physical problems alone include eye issues and several fevers.
But physical problems are not the biggest issue.
This book started in June and went through three stages: graduating with a master's degree, joining a research group as a research assistant, and applying for a doctorate. So... well, I have only myself to blame. I once thought I could do it (but actually I can't).
Furthermore, the lack of an outline for this book made it increasingly difficult to write.
But I'm also glad that I was able to keep writing it down.
I learned a lot during this process, so much so that I am full of confidence for the next book. In particular, I felt I had an epiphany in two chapters, although it was too late, but I was still very happy.
It's true that it gets harder and harder to write later on. I used to think that the later parts of the book were not good, but now I realize that it's not easy to write either.
Because the more perfect and high-level the protagonist in a book becomes, the harder it is to write something satisfying.
So I used many different methods to input emotions later on.
Including the final portrayal of Nightingale and the figure in black robes, they should actually be pure villains, but because my previous plot development wasn't good enough, they can't be pure villains. I don't know if readers can understand this explanation.
Regarding what I said earlier about having many points I wanted to express, although I didn't write many of them down, I think there's one point I did write down, which is what I wanted to share with everyone:
This is a journey with no end in sight. I hope everyone can make the most of each day.
When the sun rises as usual tomorrow, we can continue on our journey.
For the next book.
I think it's highly likely to be a side story, with an Eastern setting and involving the supernatural.
I think that's how it should be.
I will take some time to study and gather more manuscripts. I should be able to publish the book around May or June.
Finally: I fucking love writing novels.
Wishing everyone happiness every day, see you in the next book.
The new book has been released.
The book's title is: "The dungeon hasn't opened yet, how did you get in early?!"
Genre: Dungeon, Fantasy, Mystery, Alternate Identity
Summary:
This world is divided into two layers: the surface and the interior.
The surface world appears normal, but the inner world is absurd and bizarre.
There, the extraordinary and the twisted coexist, and sin and desire flourish.
Once chosen by the Otherworld, one will be trapped in an endless loop of dungeons as a player until death.
Yan Jing has a secret
He can enter the eerie instance before others.
It's just not in the form of a player.
When the inhabitants of the Otherworld die, he can resurrect them using their bodies and take over the rest of their "lives".
'The Mysterious Cameraman in the City'
'The Young Master of the Jianghu in the Republic of China'
'The Cat Boss of Cyber Street'
……
So when the instance officially begins
The NPC assigning the quest was his neighbor yesterday.
He also knew the weaknesses and secrets of the villain who suddenly appeared.
Even the items that were the mission objectives were things he had personally buried yesterday when he transformed into a resident of the other world.
You have been extremely fortunate to have found an item buried by a mysterious being.
It looks extremely important; I wonder why it's here.
Lucky? Perhaps. A certain "mysterious being" smiled.
All of this, of course, came at a price; having taken over the lives of these inhabitants of the Otherworld, he had to bear the corresponding responsibilities.
At the very least, we need to find the murderer who killed them.
"This world is indeed dangerous, full of strange and unusual things, and teeming with alien creatures."
After clearing the dungeon once again, Yan Jing couldn't help but sigh:
"Fortunately, I was one of them."
