It really is nothing at all.

After all, there is no description of the mental race in the encyclopedia of human society.

"I also want to ask you what you are," Miss Anything asked Little White.

Xiao Bai's behavior in various aspects made her quite suspicious of Xiao Bai's race.

"I'm a ship girl," Shiro said with a smile.

Miss Anything sighed after hearing what Xiaobai said.

Alright, whatever this little tyrant says goes.

Because she possessed spiritual power, she was immune to physical harm. That's why, when facing Glory and the others, no matter how dangerous the situation or how many times she was exposed, she never truly panicked.

What can fists do to a ball of spiritual energy?

However, just now, the fist of the Deep Sea Will truly terrified her.

In that instant, Miss Anything truly felt as if she had been smashed to pieces. If it weren't for the special terrain bonus this sea area provided, she would have been dead long ago after taking that punch, and wouldn't have the chance to soak in the spring to recover her health now.

Thinking of this, Sister Anything looked at Xiaobai with considerable apprehension. She took a few deep breaths, her tone no longer the same as before.

"Do you have any connection with the Deep Sea Dean over there and Miss Anything?" Xiaobai asked Miss Anything, pointing to the remains of the Deep Sea Dean on the water's surface.

"She barged in on her own, it has nothing to do with me," Miss Anything said, a hint of displeasure creeping into her brow. "Heaven knows why she was able to open the portal."

Xiao Bai withdrew her hand and thought for a while.

Why can it open a portal...? Xiaobai has a pretty good idea about that.

There is the aura of the Deep Sea Will inside Xiao Hong's body. Xiao Bai had tried it before, and it seems that the aura of the Deep Sea Will can activate the teleportation device. Who knows, the Deep Sea Dean who has rabies might have wandered here by relying on the aura of the Deep Sea Will in Xiao Hong's body.

"She's living right outside your door with her frigate, don't you have any objections, sister?"

"Can you offer advice to a pack of mad dogs?"

"You can't beat her?"

"My mental attacks are ineffective against her."

"Oh, no wonder." Xiaobai nodded. "Then the later ship girls..."

"That mad dog ran up to the portal and waited there, causing the deep-sea fog here to drift towards it every day."

"Oh. Has anyone else accidentally wandered here before?"

"No."

"Why are you here, sister?"

"I don't know, it's been like this since I became conscious."

"What is this place?"

"I don't know."

"I don't know either..."

"Does the monkey know that its home is a ball?"

“Emmmmmm…”

"I've answered all the questions I could." Miss Anything bit her lip. "Is that enough?"

Miss Anything frowned and looked at Little White: "I've paid the price for fooling your companions. You've also severely injured me. Can you let me go now?"

"..." Xiao Bai looked at Miss Anything and thought for a while.

Admittedly, Xiaobai's actions this time were merely to find the lost ship girls. Of course, it would have been even better if he could have dealt with the Deep Sea Dean who caused the Deep Sea cluster phenomenon. At this moment, the Deep Sea Dean had been blasted to smithereens by the Deep Sea Will, the lost ship girls had been found, and the Ditto in front of him seemed to have no connection with the anomaly that occurred in the second chapter. Logically speaking, Xiaobai really didn't need to investigate further.

"I'll ask you one last question, sister. You can do anything."

"Ah."

"Were you serious when you said you were going to kill Glory and York when you got tired of them?" Xiaobai asked the woman in front of him.

Xiaobai spoke gently and softly.

But upon hearing Xiaobai's words, Ditto shuddered and its face turned deathly pale in an instant.

She remained silent and did not reply.

A tremendous sense of crisis weighed on her like a mountain.

Miss Anything lowered her head, pursed her lips, and trembled incessantly.

She didn't know how to answer that question.

Even as a spirit, Miss Anything felt cold sweat pouring down her forehead after Xiaobai asked this question.

She did not directly harm York or Glory.

But she really didn't intend to help them. To Miss Anything, Glory and York were like toys that had wandered into her house. She would play with them when she was happy, and leave them there when she wasn't.

If you have a rabid dog at home and just leave the toys there unattended, the consequences are obvious.

In hindsight, she might have been serious when she said that.

"I..." Miss Anything replied somewhat flusteredly, slowly raising her head to look at Xiaobai, "I don't know..."

"That's it."

Miss Anything Closed her eyes, her shoulders trembling, awaiting her judgment.

Mental power cannot be infinitely combined.

She was lucky this time that she wasn't killed by a set of military boxing.

But that doesn't mean she can do it next time.

Strangely, even after she closed her eyes for a long time, the suffocating fist did not come down.

After a while, she opened her eyes and saw that Xiaobai was still looking at her with a faint smile.

There was no murderous intent or ferocity in his gaze; only a gentle warmth that made one feel as if bathed in a spring breeze.

"Sister, you're quite honest."

"...Aren't you angry?"

"What are you angry about?" Xiaobai tilted her head, her expression showing that she wasn't angry at all.

Miss Anything was surprised, but finally breathed a sigh of relief.

I don't know why, but it seems like she's going to let me off the hook...

Honesty is indeed a good virtue...

I'm so happy!

"Oh, right, anything is fine, sister."

"Huh? W-what is it?"

What's your favorite color?

"Uh...green?"

"Green," Little White thought for a moment, "How about Little Green? That's a bit tricky... How about Little Jade?"

"what?"

"Which name do you prefer, Little Green or Little Jade?" Little White asked Miss Anything with a smile.

That smile.

It's like holding a Master Ball and seeing a Pokémon trainer who has Mewtwo.

The fact that I've been updating later and later lately... well, quite a few people have probably noticed by now.

Here's the thing: I've been having a lot of fun writing the plot over the past week or two. I often get this feeling that writing a novel is just so damn fun.

However, while I was happy and had a great time, the consequence of going too far was that my brain was completely drained.

Lately, whenever I try to write, my mind is filled with nothing but 0v0, and sometimes I even find it difficult to write down a sentence that's already in my head fluently.

So I think I need to set aside a day to read novels or grind some games to relax.

That's about it. (Makes a cooing sound)

Chapter 790 So Ruthless!

When Xiaobai returned to the place where York and Glorious had fainted, York had already been awake for some time. Before Xiaobai even got close, she could see York, wearing her ship equipment and in a battle-ready position, looking around nervously on the sea where Glorious and the unfortunate ship girls had been.

None of the ship girls except York woke up.

Glory and the others were struck unconscious by Little Green's mental power on a non-physical level, falling into a prolonged state of unconsciousness from which they wouldn't wake up for a while. Compared to them, York, who was only badly beaten and collapsed from exhaustion, fared much better. After Little White gave her a quick repair device, York quickly regained consciousness without much harm.

"Miss Pachina!" York saw Little White rushing towards him and quickly waved his hands at her. His panicked mood, which had been caused by not being able to find Little White after waking up, eased considerably.

"Sister York!" Little White waved in York's direction.

York ran towards Little White, threw himself on her, and hugged her tightly in his arms: "Miss Pachina, where did you go? Waaaaah... I woke up and found you were gone. I thought something had happened to you... I called for Glory and the others, but they wouldn't wake you up no matter what I did, waaaaah... I was so scared..."

York whimpered and rubbed against Little White, constantly feeling the sense of security Little White gave her.

Previously, York and White weren't actually that close that they could hug each other and cry like that. York wasn't the type to do such intimate things with unfamiliar ship girls.

However, York began to unconsciously trust Xiaobai at some point.

Compared to York, Xiaobai was already used to being stuck to the ship girl, and she subconsciously reached out and patted York's back.

"I went to check around," Xiaobai smiled at York. "I'll be fine."

"Oh..." York released his grip on Little White, sniffing as he stared at Little White's face.

"Hmm? Sister York? Is there something on my face?" Little White asked.

York shook her head. She was silent for a moment, then reached out her hand and pinched Xiaobai's chest a few times, making a claw-like motion.

"...It's me." York's voice held an added layer of reassurance.

"..." Little White looked up at the sky.

Although York has learned his lesson from Little Green a few times and is now consciously wary of Ditto mode, which is a good thing, the criterion for judging his own authenticity is really a bit disheartening for Little White.

"Sister York."

"Huh? What's up?"

"That... that one that could transform before..."

"A variety of monsters?"

“Yeah, that one.” Xiaobai nodded. “I’ve already defeated her, so there’s no need to worry about her anymore.”

"Oh...I see." York breathed a sigh of relief. "It's great that we were able to defeat her...I thought she was unleashing some kind of powerful attack when she made that earth-shattering move."

York seems to have mistaken the turmoil in the deep-sea fog around him when the Deep Sea Will was angry for something Little Green did.

Yes, that's better, it saves me the trouble of explaining.

"So, how did you manage to beat her?"

"Hmm? She's very weak," Xiaobai said. "She's all show and no substance."

Indeed, enemies who only use mental attacks are helpless against someone like Xiaobai, whose attribute points have been maxed out at her breakthrough level and are entirely focused on mental resistance. Xiaobai's assessment of her as flashy is not entirely wrong.

York's expression was complicated.

She felt extremely ashamed that she had been bombarded by a fancy area-of-effect attack and nearly drowned despite being a ship girl, and that she had to trouble Xiaobai to save her ship girl.

"Instead of that, let's go see Sister Glory and the others first," Xiaobai said to York.

York nodded quickly: "I don't know why we can't wake up Sister Glory and the others."

"Let me take a look first."

Little White and York arrived beside Glorious and her companions, who were lying on the water's surface.

Next to Glorious and the others, in the metal shell, were the ship girls and deep-sea supply ships packed up from the crazed Deep-Sea Dean. Although they were not mentally injured, they were not awake for a while because of the double exhaustion of their physical and mental strength, and no one was giving them money to build them quickly.
