"Wonder Woman, Shazam, a spaceship is landing on Earth. Come and take a look."
......
Green Lantern Abin Sue waited a moment, and a green light enveloped the young man and flew towards him.
The green orb of light suddenly disappeared, and the young man instantly fell into the water.
"Watt-Hyael?"
After thrashing around in the icy water for a while, a bewildered Hal Jordan stood up, wiped the seawater off his face, and looked up to see Abin Sue and another person inside the boat.
Abin Sull was also staring indifferently at Hal Jordan.
I looked at him, and I realized I'd met the right person.
After staring blankly for a full ten seconds, Hal Jordan pinched himself hard to make sure it wasn't a dream, climbed onto the airship, carried Abin Sue out of the spaceship, and put him on the beach.
"You'll be alright, stop, I'll call an ambulance right now..."
Hal Jordan was just a test pilot with only basic medical knowledge. He had a ten-centimeter hole in his chest, corroded by an unidentified yellow liquid called Abin-Sul, which was something Hal Jordan was not capable of treating.
But Abin-Sul interrupted Hal, who was about to call the police. He knew his time was running out and wanted to do his best to give the green light to the soldier.
Tell me your name! What's your name?
"what?"
Hal Jordan blushed: Is this alien with purple skin and green clothes speaking fluent and authentic English?
Did I accidentally discover a fake alien?
Or is it really like in science fiction movies, where the entire universe speaks English?
Tell me your name!
Abinsur saw Hal Jordan staring blankly and asked loudly again.
"Hal Jordan! My name is Hal Jordan!"
“Very good, Hal Jordan… cough, my name is Abin Sull, I’m the Green Lantern from District 2814….”
"Hey kid, we can talk about everything later. First, I'll take you to the hospital, to these places..."
Hal Jordan looked at the purple blood on his hand and continued, "I'll take you to the hospital, with a pool of purple blood on your hands!"
Abin-Sul simply smiled, extended his hand, and offered his green ring, saying...
"The Ring of Green Light... I choose you, wear it... and then say the vow..."
Before he could finish speaking, Abinsur's last flame of life went out. Hal Jordan took the ring in confusion and found that the alien in front of him was no longer breathing.
"Don't die! Don't die!" Hey, kid, hold on! Don't die! ...What ring, what vow, can you fulfill this promise?"
The green combat suit was disappearing from Abinsur's body. Hal pressed his hand against his chest, trying to revive him, but the dead man was gone, and no matter what Hal did, he couldn't change the outcome.
"...What exactly is going on?"
Hal Jordan lay on the ground with a frown, and a blob of yellow liquid gushed from Abin Sue's chest, slowly moving towards Hal. Just as the yellow liquid approached Hal Jordan...
The green halo emitted a buzzing sound.
With a flash of green light, Hal Jordan stood up and stepped out of the circle of yellow liquid.
"A... vow?"
Two figures descended from the sky. Hal looked up and saw that they were Wonder Woman and Shazam, superheroes from the Justice League.
Diana, with one arm crossed and the Lasso of Truth in the other, walked up to the other man, glanced at the spaceship and Hal Jordan standing on the ground, and asked, "What is it, sir?"
Hal Jordan naturally knew what Wonder Woman's Lasso of Truth was, so he gladly took it and told her everything.
After learning the details, Diana untied the lasso of truth and asked, "What is this ring for?"
"I don't know. He told me to say some kind of oath... but I don't know what an oath is!"
Hearing this, Diana shrugged indifferently: since what the other party said was true, and it really was a ring given to Hal Jordan by aliens, Diana didn't try to take it from him.
"Shazam, take this alien with his spaceship."
Diana instructed Shazam, who reluctantly laid the body on the ground, only to find a blob of yellow liquid had landed on his shoulder.
"That's disgusting! 010"
Shazam, with a look of disgust on his face, stretched out his finger and shot a bolt of lightning at the yellow liquid.
He didn't stop until the yellow slime turned into charcoal.
“Hal...Hal Jordan, if you trust us, please come with me. I have to make sure this ring won’t hurt you or anyone else,” Diana said.
Hal Jordan had just lost his job after a failed test flight of the company's new aircraft, so naturally he wouldn't refuse.
"Of course, you're Wonder Woman, a Justice League superhero, I believe in you!"
After saying this, Diana carried Hal Jordan, Shazam, and Abin Sull on her back, and said, "Cyborg, teleport us back to the Watchtower!"
A beam of light enveloped the group of people, and as the light extended, they disappeared in one place.
Shortly after Diana and the others left, two helicopters arrived at the port of the seaside town.
"Didn't the satellite detect a UFO? Where is the UFO?"
Amanda Waller stamped her feet on the harbor beach, glaring angrily at the sky. She looked around but saw nothing flying, not even a bird. She shouted angrily at her men.
“Sir… perhaps, perhaps this UFO has been abducted by the Justice League!” the black-clad agent said weakly.
"asshole!"
Amanda Waller blurted out, "At this rate, the Sky Eye Association will be declared invalid by the president!"
Chapter 426 Unknown Yellow Liquid
After a fruitless search of the port, Amanda Waller prepared to leave.
However, one of the agents exclaimed, "Sir, here... there's a clump of yellow liquid, very suspicious!"
Amanda Waller strode forward angrily, saw the unidentified yellow liquid on the ground, and crossed her arms: "What's going on? What is this?"
"Sir, this liquid appears to be active... and aggressive!"
The agent felt a prick in his finger, sucked the blood from it, and Amanda quickly waved to her other subordinates.
"Take this blob of yellow liquid with you. We need to study it carefully. Also... Agent Charlie, you were attacked by this liquid. Go back and get a full check-up. We don't know if this liquid is poisonous!"
"Yes, sir!"
After collecting a puddle of yellow liquid from the ground, the agents of the Sky Eye Association quickly withdrew.
Amanda boarded the plane, looked at the yellow alien liquid in the metal box, and sighed.
They were once the only people in the Sky Eye Society.
In matters of the paranormal, even the FBI and the US National Security Agency have to listen to them.
This is completely different from the situation now, where you park your car on the road and find nothing but a puddle of liquid that no one has noticed.
Amanda truly felt she had reached the point where she could no longer fit in.
......
Justice League, Watchtower.
The remains of Green Lantern Abin Thor are placed here, and Cyborg is studying his spaceship, discovering some technological advancements comparable to those of Krypton.
Hal Jordan was lying on his back on the glass edge of the spaceship, looking out at the universe.
"What are you doing here, Hal Jordan?"
Diana walked over to Hal Jordan, handed him the green light ring, and said, "This ring contains immense power, but it's locked by some technology. To unlock it, you might need the oath you mentioned..."
Hal Jordan took the green ring, which was part of a routine check for Diana to ensure it was harmless, and returned it to Hal Jordan.
"I'm not quite sure what an oath is, Miss Wonder Woman... ‖."
"Don't be so sure. Your purple-skinned friend who gave you this ring must know something. Give it a try, maybe it can activate it."
Diana had a slight curiosity about the Green Lantern ring, after all, it was something foreign.
"Okay, I'll give it a try... Oaths, we all know the power of oaths!"
Hal Jordan held up a green ring to his hand, then looked at it solemnly and said, "I, Hal Jordan, hereby announce that this green ring was given to me by that half-dead purple alien I found at the harbor..."
Upon hearing this, Diana smiled, shook her head, and turned to leave.
But the green light ring suddenly emitted a green light, Hal Jordan's pupils shrank rapidly, and the whites of his eyes turned pure white. He spoke mechanically and coldly.
"The days are bright, the nights are dark."
"Demons and monsters cannot escape."
"The wicked and the traitors fear my divine light;"
"May the green light shine forever, its brilliance lasting eternally!"
Upon hearing the voice, Diana immediately turned around, only to see a green light burst forth from the ring, enveloping Hal Jordan, who was stunned after making his vow.
"What happened?" Diana asked, her eyes wide as she approached Hal Jordan.
